Mark I grow up in Kenosha, WI playing ice hockey and racing BMX and Motocross. When I was 5yrs old I gave my life to the Jesus Christ and I’ve none the Lord for 18yrs now. In 2007 I did the One Thing Internship at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, MO. I now, after 5yrs of living in KC, work as an Intercessory Missionary and the General Sound Manager in the IHOPKC 24/7 house of prayer. As an Intercessory Missionary, I sand on the wall of intercession crying out for the Lord to brake in with revival in my city and Israel. I believe with all my heart that by doing this, with countless others, we will usher in the return of Jesus Christ to the earth. By serving in the Sound Department I am helping people in the prayer room encounter Jesus with the way I mix. | Lauren

What is the Global Prayer Room?
The Global Prayer Room or GPR is a place were there are over 600 singers and musicians that sing and play their instrument 24/7 all for the name of Jesus. Along with the singers and musicians there are over 1,000 full-time intercessory missionary's who are in the GPR every week. They are there crying out for Jesus to return and for the Lord to send revival to this generation. The GPR has been going 24/7 for 14 years none stop.
What is an Intercessory Missionary?
We refer to our full-time staff at the International House of Prayer as “intercessory missionaries.” They raise their own support to work as full-time missionaries who reach out to others from a lifestyle of prayer and worship. Today, about 2,000 believers (staff, students, and interns) serve full-time, investing fifty hours per week, as they go from the prayer room to the classroom and then to ministry outreaches and works of service. Also, as those who are committed to the forerunner message, we are spiritually equipping ourselves to prepare others for the unique dynamics of the generation in which the Lord returns.
